A few of you have asked me about our “Returns Policy.” I just wanted to take the opportunity to remind you of what it is. 

1) Return is logged. 

2)Item is returned to Start My Car. 

3)Item is assessed by our technical department. 

4) If item qualifies for a refund or replacement, this will be processed within 5-7 days.
