Well winter is finally here, and the week has been a cold one. The good news is that it is Mother’s Day this weekend and want to remind you that the very first Help Desk in all our lives was our mom. Let’s show gratitude to her.

I would also like to welcome Chantalle to the Help Desk. I am sure that she will be a fantastic addition to this team.
