I hope the week was great. I wanted to take the opportunity to remind you about the 4 stages of returns.


If you would like to return an item this is what you need to do:


  1. Return is logged.
  2. Item is returned to Start My Car.
  3. Item is assessed by our technical department.
  4. If item qualifies for a refund or replacement, this will be processed within 5-7 days.
