I hope you are well. As Baruch mentioned, this time of year can be a bit strange in that not all our suppliers operate throughout the month. If there is a product that is out of stock, and that we can replenish, we will let you know. If we cannot offer you a substitute that you are comfortable with, we will refund you in full. You can also choose to wait until the product arrives, should it not be an urgent requirement. As always, we are a phone call away.
