I wanted to use today’s message to remind you about the process that we follow.

Orders are processed during working hours as soon as payment is confirmed. That said, the courier only collects the parcels in the late afternoon and that is when a tracking number is assigned to orders. I don’t know if you need to know this but I thought it might be helpful.
