I hope the week is great so far. I wanted to take the opportunity to remind you about the 4 stages of returns. If you would like to return an item this is what you need to do.

 

  1. Return is logged.

 

  1. Item is returned to Start My Car.

 

  1. Item is assessed by our technical department.

 

  1. If item qualifies for a refund or replacement, this will be processed within 5-7 days.
