I hope you are doing well. In my position I am always amazed at the different people I am privileged to assist. Whereas most of our customers are warm, wonderful and awesome to connect with, from time to time there is someone who is angry, frustrated and even a bit aggressive.

I know that the stresses that we are living under are immense and that sometimes we need to let off steam. That said, it is worth remembering that we might be an online environment, but there are real people in the business.
