Hi everyone.

I had an experience this week that I wanted to mention. One of our customers was unhappy about the part they received and threatened all sorts of means thing. Without going into the specifics, I do want to remind everyone that we are not perfect. Sometimes we make mistakes, sometimes our customers make mistakes and sometimes mistakes that no one can blamed for happen. It is an unavoidable reality.


Please be assured that no matter where the fault lies, we will try our utmost to help.

But it would so wonderful if we could be kind to each other.
