I recently purchased an inflatable vehicle air mattress for a solo trip to Cape Town, rather than waste my hard earned cash on a motel room. I parked at a Shell Ultra City and set up the mattress in the back of my car. The electric pump inflates the mattress in about 2-3 minutes.  I slept for a lekker 7 hours and it was as comfortable as one would expect.

One thing to keep in mind is that the length of the mattress is the width of your car, so taller people may struggle, but at 5.7" I had no problem.  It's easy to set up and comfortable to sleep on. I will definitely use it again, probably also for music festivals and fishing trips.
