How long does it take to process my order?

For an order that all items are in stock, excluding lead time orders.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

• If you live in Gauteng or a major city such as Durban, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit etc, your order should be delivered within 24 hours once shipped

• If you live in a major city in the Eastern or Western Cape, your order should be delivered within 48 hours once shipped

• If you live in an outlying area, your order can take from 72 hours to a week to be delivered.

Where is my order?

Gauteng Orders:

 

We do not provide tracking numbers on these orders. If you would like to enquire about your delivery, you are welcome to Whatsapp our support number on 072 881 9019 with your order number, and we can provide you with the status of your delivery.

 

Outside Gauteng Orders:

 

We have partnered with RAM couriers to deliver your order. As soon as your product leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your RAM tracking number. Click on the button below to track your delivery with RAM. Please also have a look at our dispatch and delivery times section below.

Can I collect?

Yes. Click collect in-store as the shipping option on checkout. In store collection can be scheduled from 08:00-16:00 Monday – Thursday, and from 08:00-13:00 on Friday.


Can I pay cash?

Our delivery drivers are unfortunately not equipped to collect cash payments on delivery. Should you wish to pay cash, you will need to come into our physical store in Benoni.

 

Select Collect In Store as the delivery option, and COD as the payment option.
